LaFewanda A. Robbins, MBA, MSW, LCSWA - known by most as LaFe - is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate, Outpatient Mental Health Therapist, and Certified Master Life Coach with over 25 years of experience in healthcare and human services. Her career reflects a deep commitment to both the administrative and personal sides of care, having served in various impactful roles across the healthcare continuum.

LaFe holds dual master’s degrees - an MBA with a concentration in Healthcare Management from American InterContinental University and a Master of Social Work from Walden University. She also earned an Associate of Applied Science in Health Information Technology from DeVry University, highlighting her expertise in both clinical support and healthcare administration.

As a therapist and coach, LaFe is passionate about helping individuals who have experienced human trafficking, trauma, substance use disorders, and health disparities, with a special focus on maternal health. She works with clients ages ten and up, offering a compassionate, trauma-informed, and holistic approach that honors each person’s unique journey.

In addition to her clinical work, LaFe brings the insight and motivation of a Certified Master Life Coach, empowering clients to unlock their full potential and create the lives they deserve.
